I have used him twice before, but this time her service somehow got even better. He replies very quickly and will always be honest. He came to the house and started working right away and moves through the problems very methodically. He saved us from a very potentially serious problem with our wiring. Mike explained everything that he did and then made the recommendation for a home surge protector. He did not try to sell it to me just simply stated what it does and how it could help. Based upon my trust with him I didn't even need him to explain I just told him what to do was best for my house and family, which he did. He is very clean and makes sure to clean up everything.
